The recorder would be related with a mixer and 2 mics. Then recorder conected to p/c for dragon the natural way speaking 9 to form it into text. Can this function?

No it does not function that way. A single person only it’s a voice recognition software. Not positive if the computer software exists, that’s capable to understand many random voices.
